Personality: Ri'vha has a very blunt disposition and a resting bitch face that could turn those faint of heart fleeing for the hills. However, despite his tendency for brutal honesty, one who digs will find that the Miqo beneath the ice is actually quite warm and kind. He is always willing to listen, and does his best to help others.Likes: Quiet, Flowers, Patience, Warm Baths, Rolanberries

History

This is a very rough overview of Ri'vha's history. He may not be willing to share all of these details with you upon your first meeting, so if you want spoilers, read at your own risk.

Early Years: Ri'vha grew up in the South Shroud of Gridania in what is now known as Camp Tranquil. His Clan had asked for permission to live upon the land, and were ultimately denied by the people. However, this did not stop them from setting up camp and attempting to make a living for themselves after escaping enslavement by the Allagans.Ri'vha grew up as Mah'la Lhuttu. A young female Keeper who's mother maintained that she was born of an illegitimate pregnancy and who had the clan wrapped around her finger with her sorrow. Mah'la was a scapegoat for her anger, and at the age of 15, he grew into himself as a person and left his mother and her abuse for good.For a year he lived in Ul'Dah and worked under master weavers in the weavers guild for his knowledge on plant life and his talent as a seamster. However, a trip back to his old home to deliver some goods would change his path.Bounty Hunting: While back in Gridania, a 16 year old Mah'la was accosted by Wood Wailers and saved from his fate by a kind Hrothgar named Ridathko. He learned that Ridathko was a bounty hunter, and tired of being unable to stand up for himself and clinging to this kind soul, he begged the man to train him. Ridathko agreed, and the two became infamous in the bounty hunting scene. Ridathko for his connections through forging friendships, and Mah'la for his keen eye for detail and extraordinary nose and tracking skills.Mere months before the Calamity, Ridathko told Mah'la that he wanted a better life for the child, and asked if he would join him in building a florist. Mah'la agreed, but the dream was cut short when Ridathko was killed helping evacuate Gridanian citizens by a Garlean Commander. Mah'la swore revenge, and became a whispered name in the underground. One spoken with fear.Eventually, Mah'la shed his old name and took up the name "Ri'vha" in honor of his mentor. He left bounty hunting behind, and became a powerful White Mage after leaning into skills he'd had since he was young. Helping adventurers heal their woes and passing around as much care as he could became his new creed once he had his revenge, and Mah'la faded into obscurity.Present: Ri'vha was found throughout the canon storyline working with the Adders(Unwillingly) and lending his strength to the Grand Company of Eorzea. After the events of Endwalker, Ri'vha settled down with his partners and opened up that Florist. Just like he promised. It has eventually become an apothecary, as news that a White Mage set up shop spread like wildfire. Now, he sells flowers to those who need a stunning bouquet, and provides care to citizens of Gridania without prejudice.
